The Team
OTONEURO MONACO is a centre of excellence in otoneurology located in the Principality of Monaco, dedicated to the treatment of hearing disorders (deafness, tinnitus, hyperacusis), vertigo and balance disorders.
It brings together practitioners with extensive experience in these fields, and the highest level of technical exploration facilities.

The doctors
Dr. Pierre LAVAGNA
Specialist in oto-neurology
Founder of OTONEURO MONACO, he headed the ENT department at the Princess Grace Hospital Centre in Monaco from 1992 to 2023. A member of the French Association of Otology and Otoneurology, he specialises in the treatment of vertigo, balance disorders and hearing disorders (deafness, tinnitus, hyperacusis).
Dr. Catherine SCHOSSELER
Specialist in oto-neurology
A former hospital practitioner at Strasbourg University Hospital, she specialises in hearing disorders in children and adults (deafness, tinnitus, hyperacusis), vertigo and balance disorders, and sleep disorders.
Dr. Gerald FAIN
Specialist in oto-neurology
Practising in Paris (Fondation Rothschild), founder and member of the COOPACOU network, he provides specialist care for hearing disorders (deafness, tinnitus, hyperacusis).
Dr. Eugen IONESCU
Specialist in oto-neurology
A hospital practitioner at the Hospices Civils de Lyon and associate researcher at the Institut de l’Audition (Institut Pasteur, Paris), he provides specialised care for hearing disorders (deafness, tinnitus, hyperacusis), vertigo and balance disorders.
